A Perfect Little Outing

My friend Heidi helped me to come up with the idea that a small outing to the outdoor museum Gamla Linköping would be a good idea. Walkies, some activities in the streets, and maybe, just maybe, ice cream. You never know, because everything is closing down around here around this time of year.

And it was perfect! I said hello to the moose and the wild boar piglets, some shops were open and people were walking around in the streets. And - the ice cream parlour was OPEN! For the very last day of the season, if you can believe that! We sat on the small veranda where we’ve been sitting with Heidi and Dolly and shared raspberry sorbet and coconut cream salty caramel.
