Clearly in need of some care and attention . . . just like me. Only 21 miles on the bike today . . . but enjoyed watching the end stages of the Tour de Britain as it rode into Newcastle.
Well done to Aussie Cricket . . . well deserved . . . and an opportunity missed by England in selecting the same squad for the final game me thinks. Take care all.
