Frustrating and upsetting

What a very bad tempered day it's been.  

With underlying stresses going on with the older boys I could have done without the mis-and lack-of communication about  arrangements with others that took up more head space and irritation than I should have given them today.

Then more devastatingly, half an hour after I said goodbye this afternoon, my work colleague and friend Andrew had a serious road traffic accident, and has written off his car.  (He's OK).
