Drowned rat

I don't normally do selfies, but I was so completely soaked by the time I got to work that I succumbed to temptation. It was absolutely teeming down, but on top of that I'd just been to a spinning class, so I'd put my cycling jacket back on top of an exceptionally sweaty body. It took me a while to sort myself out once I got into the office....

Other than that, I worked on the book. I knocked a section on the head, and also worked out something quite significant for the rest of this chapter which I would hope to have done by the end of Wednesday.
