I have been so keen to make these since my bread baking course last month. These are crumpets and I do believe that once you have tasted a homemade one you will think you have died and gone to heaven. They turned out beautifully if I may say so lol!
Jack ate about 5 in the first sitting and another 4 for breakfast the next day! :)
