I HAVE MY EYE ON YOU!

Set off for the canal this morning on a grey, but calm morning. I thought I was not going to get a blip as I could see nothing, but suddenly I saw a heron. I had to creep very slowly along a little path, and was pleased to get one shot before it flew away. Cannot believe how good the dogs were and just stood perfectly still, however it would have been another story if it had been a squirrel. Worked in the garden when I got back and then my friend from Edinburgh came to get her dog groomed for a show in Darlington at the weekend.
