Raindrops on Roses

It’s been a bleak sort of day although it brightened up this afternoon briefly. Thankfully the weather was much nicer 31 years ago when we got hitched!

We’ve had a very low key sort of day after a routine visit to hospital yesterday for hubby ended with him in A&E for several hours...he’s to go back on Thursday when hopefully they’ll have decided a course of action for him.

I’m not sure who decreed me to be the IT support in the household but I’m really not cut out for the job...this afternoon the powers that be decided the computer tower needed to be cleaned out so whilst everything was disconnected a thorough clean of the computer station ensued. There seemed little point reconnecting the old printer so I landed the task of setting up the new one...after much angst, cursing and googling of instructions I finally managed...but why can’t they just supply some simple, usable instructions in the first place!!! The good news is I did manage to make the USB ports and card reader on the monitor usable which was a bonus after nearly 18 months!!
