Just another Terrific Tuesday

The new children are still being introduced to nursery. Returners are happy. We got out to play in the playground.

Later, I went climbing for the first time in ages. It was not as daunting as I'd feared, but my boots hurt like hell. They need to be very tight around the toes. They also need resoling or replacing. Ouch. The registration system had changed, so we can now check in with a little barcode on a key fob, as one might do with a supermarket loyalty card. I preferred the old system, where one had to speak to a human being and remember one's membership number. Eventually, we shall render ourselves obsolete.
