Tuesday

Had a lazy morning, then went to my CPN appointment. An hours chat about mainly work. She is going to speak to the psychiatrist about my medication and lack of communication about it. 

Had a coffee then headed to the harbour for a walk. There was a cruise boat in, so it was mobbed. Found a quiet spot by the lighthouse and sat and watched the water. This is one of the padlocks on the grid.
