Dawn

It was a stunning dawn this morning as I left for work. One of those breathtaking mornings where a heavy dew had led to a morning mist, bathing the fields. 

Today was busy. I have been trying to sort a few things out for a colleague. 

Hugely impressed with one of the team we gave a promotion to earlier this year. Just asked her to step up on a paper - and she came through with flying colours. She has huge potential for leadership.
