Back in Time for (Cream) Tea

B and I joined friends for a cream tea on the North Norfolk Railway today.  Sadly there was disappointment on the seating front which meant that B couldn't sit with us and had to sit with a stranger across the aisle.  B put a brave face on it but it was obviously a shame for all of us, we had all been looking forward to enjoying it together.
The stations along the line have all been dressed up for the 1940s weekend and all look rather splendid.  I couldn't resist poking the pile of sandbags on the station platform, about to admire the dedication of whoever had to bring them all in and pile them up. Don't tell anyone, but I think they contain sea shells!.
