Viewpoint

It’s been a long, good day.

I got up early to exercise before the volunteer teachers’ meeting.

After the meeting and a light lunch with the other volunteers, I met a new friend at a cafe. Some ladies had sent her a Bible via me, and I finally got to deliver it to her. She was very happy to get it. We had a nice visit.

Then I drove down to Hampton Court Palace (seen here from a low viewpoint). I was going to meet friends there, and I wandered by the River Thames, sat on the lawn, and enjoyed the rose garden.

Traffic made my friends late, so we met at Bushy Park instead. We had a nice picnic, saw some deer, and had a good time.

I got home 10 hours after heading out! But it was a good day.
