How the new year is not going to be!

Today is a prime example to myself how this year is NOT going to be lived.

I did not surface from bed until 2pm due to the far too festive festivities the previous evening.

I have no good photos for today other than a rather sheepish one of myself, husband fixing the tumble dryer (we are now a make do and mend family which I'm quite proud of) rather than blaze going out and buying new. And the orange berry is a piccie my beautiful cousin Sarah sent me to demonstrate her colour after her spray tan.

Today - apparently had been a beautiful sunny day - a day we should have taken the dogs to the beach.

But instead I wasted it in bed alone with a blinding headache and very upset tummy and a re-established hurting back. I could be disappointed with myself for mixing my drinks so much and wasting a lovely day but fact is I had a lovely evening with husband and good friends and was over excited to be up and out doing something fun after feeling i had ruined christmas for everyone. So I'm not going to be too harsh on myself BUT it is a lesson of how this year is NOT going to be.

This year lots of good health (please please please fingers crossed), fitness levels raised, fun, laughter, adventures and happiness, dog walks, gardening, cycling, trips, friends and family (in no particular order)

A very exciting year ahead.
