...park run in the UK.

It’s run on Bressay, a quick 10 minute ferry from Lerwick, so while I am so far North I thought I’d take the opportunity and give it a go with some colleagues this morning before a busy day of campaigning.

Running has been somewhat sporadic since May and that’s the first 5km I’ve ran in a good few weeks. It was challenging. Lovely we route though...undulating:-)
