I know I may be 'lowering the tone', so to speak, but every time I go to Blakeney harbour these boat mooring structures always remind me of Playtex 'Cross-Your-Heart' bras.  Apparently, the bra was originally designed in the 1960's and is still made today.  Clearly a design that works well for ladies...and boat owners!
