Bus Pass Walk - or not

No idea what I was doing to be running late this morning, but I got down the village and couldn’t get across the road. Had to watch as 2 buses arrived together and zoomed off whilst I was stranded on the pavement! Thanks to WhatsApp I found out where the group were meeting for refreshments, so went down to town and had a walk along the canal whilst I was waiting. Very quiet today, and the clouds looked threatening, but by the time I reached the cafe it was bright sunshine. Lots of mill chimneys and bridges today, and the wildflower banking is still blooming.
