A grand day out

Our Cotswolds road trip continued today with visits to Bibury, Little Barrington, Great Rissington (which we think would make a fab expostulation) and Stow-on-the-wold.

We are now cosily tucked into our very fab luxury spa hotel outside Stratford and have just been for a swim in the heated pool (we were the only guests there) before getting dressed for dinner.

This is what I always hoped retirement would be like! Good friends are such a joy and a blessing. Ones who make you laugh out loud are treasures!

PS one of the local policemen took the photo of us on the bridge. Excellent community policing!
