Experimental Blip (EB?)

Lacking inspiration and with rather dull weather, I just took this photo with the intention of experimenting with it using two versions of the photo, multiple layers and different blend modes in Affinity Photo.

When I arrived at the lily pond only one of the young ducks was there, but two of the others flew in when they saw me providing g food - that's the first time I've seen any of them do more than fly from one side of the pond to the other.
