Another Pub bites the dust

On our regular walks I have been surprised at the number of Pubs that have closed, are derelict or have been demolished.

Today on my way to a Bowls match I a came across another example of a building with lots of potential that has remained empty for years. This building is located on the South Circular Road in London.

Such a shame to see this deriliction when building land is in such demand.
