Bread week!

It’s week three on the GBBO and my contribution is producing a wholemeal loaf! And without a proving drawer!! :)
I did attempt ‘scoring’ but my sharpest knife obviously isn’t sharp enough. However, I can say the finished article smells beautiful and tastes great eaten with a wee bit of cheese. I might not get a Hollywood handshake, but I’m not getting sent home this week :)
