First paddle of the new year and in London

I bought roof bars yesterday so we can use the canoe, and it helps to get it off the mezz at work.

We went for a little paddle up river from Putney Bridge, against the tide as well, it's a good work out going against the tide, but nice to get a bit of speed up on the way back.

It could only be a short one as my son is down from Hull, he is going through his first break up, it's hard to watch but it is something we all have been through, what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.
