Ken's

High Street, Newport Pagnell.

The shop entrance on the left is to what was "Ken's", an Aladdin's cave of printed ephemera - newspapers, theatre programmes, posters etc etc etc. It was a local institution of great renown for at least the 40 years I know of. Ken and his wife have now retired (I think Ken may have died). The shop, still with all its fittings, is now To Let.
 
The dark door with its marble-effect frame was, I think, the entrance to the accommodation above the shop.
