Project linus

Circular economy in practice. I get given lots of yarn from various sources. This evening three bags full of yarn from someone having a clear out because they are moving. Much of it has been distributed to the knitting group for hats, scarves , blankets and smoothie hats. The rest is now ready to go to a local craft group who create wonderful
Goods for various charities including these 7 knitted and crocheted blankets for project Linus. I am sure the yarn I’m sending them will probably come back to me as more blankets or miniature hats for Age UK. I know none of it will be wasted and many diverse causes will benefit, and a lot of enjoyment will be had during the process. Everybody wins!
