Grape Ideas

I have a 7 year old grape vine that’s always been a sporadic producer. (Growing grapes in the north is an iffy project) This year I have a bumper crop. I harvested 1/2 of my bounty yesterday due to the deer having a smorgasbord .... Lysle 1 Deer 0! Now what to do? I Pinterested Drunken Grapes and that shall be today’s project! Basically you pour Brandy over them and let them ferment and then pour that kind of elixir over ice cream.
