A fire pole

Today was hard straight away.
I don't know if it's because it's Friday 13th or that there is a full moon tonight. But the biggest Wildling got up in a distressed mood. Everything was wrong, his toast was wrong, his brother sitting beside him was wrong, his Duplo didn't have the right colours. I knew I was in for " one of those day's"

I had a great wee time at playgroup with Harp and Lincoln had a lovely time at nursery with his friends. They're both so good at playing and exploring and for them there is no restrictions.

I'm on day 3 with a headache again. I had them most of last week.
The photo was taken up where the midwife's are based, and X just used this as a fire pole. He would go down one for hours if he had the chance.

It's been a difficult afternoon for his dad and us. X had been so distressed today and it really isn't good seeing him like that. His dad has man flu and is feeling quite poorly. He's had it for a couple of weeks and it's not shifting and u am having migraines which really isn't great considering I've the 3 Wildlings to run after and there is so much to do around the house.

I look forward to 3hours away on Sunday where I will be helping at a birthday party. They're so much fun and it's other people's children which always makes it easier.
