Do They Find Me ?

Come end October I'm possibly minus healthcare but as of now cases such as these are the same .Today , the above broke my heart. Clearly very hungry yet having such problems eating .I got some fresh corn with seeds and since it came close could find a spot where getting the food was made easier ..This ghastly injury looks as if it's been caused by somethings mechanical , we'll never know . The bird sat with me  and  it got a good meal .
