Feel Safe with Angela

I have never blipped a notice from a ladies' toilet before. But I've never seen one like this before. Maybe I don't get out enough but I thought it was a very good idea. I was up in London for afternoon tea with three of my school friends in a hotel near Leicester Square. Are notices like this common practice?
