Pudding

Day one of core energy self and personal development course. Ive learned a lot of the information today before but was busy converting and processing it for adding it into my own course. 

Switched hotels this evening one we were booked in had functions on both nights and hadnt let us know. In one of their sister hotels that if we knew about probably would have stayed in all these other times. Its comfortable very quiet and feels better. Looking forward to learning more tomorrow.
