On my way to work this morning, I called in at the Frothy Bike Co  to book a service for my bike.

On my way home along the cycle path, dodging the dodgy dogs, I met Sally from Cycling Dumfries, who was handing out leaflets about next week's Big Bike Breakfast. It's to be held on September 19th, which, is World Car Free day. I won't be able to attend, as I'll be in Edinburgh next Thursday, but if anyone who is reading this fancies turning up on the Whitesands, opposite Frothy Bike Co's premises, between 7am  and 9am,on your bike (of course) you will get a free breakfast. There are vegan options too, Sally says :-)
