The calm before the storm

What a contrast to yesterday's weather. Lovely blues skies and a pleasant breeze. This is the start line of the 24 hour race which is held every year  on the Marine Lake in Southport.  It will look very different tomorrow at 12 noon when the race starts. There are seventy four boats currently registered to race.
