Amazon Fires Crisis

This evening we hand delivered letters to the managers in two McDonald's in Preston - the Docks and Friargate. We asked that these letters be passed to Paul Pomroy, CEO McDonald's UK. Activists all over the country will have delivered identical letters. 

The Amazon is on fire, fueled by the policies of Brazil's president, Jair Bolosnaro. 
Greenpeace is calling on the company to stop buying soya and meat from Brazil until the Amazon and its people are protected. We recently delivered similar letters to KFC.

For once, I was lucky with the trains. I arrived at the station early,  but a late train arrived just as I stepped on the platform. The same thing happened on the way back. Sometimes, late trains are just perfect.
