Active day

Took the hound out early this fresh morning. Plumber coming at lunchtime to investigate leak in loft which is emerging on newly decorated ceiling below as a brown patch. Grrr! 
Returned to breakfast and headed off to the pool. My swim earlier this week has spurred me on. Swam a mile today and am re-acquainted with some under-used muscles. Only downside is the 'perfume' of chlorine does linger despite shower and unguents.
Took window blip just before heading to Book Group at 8pm to discuss excellent but dark Toni Morrison's 'Beloved'. Only four of us but an interesting discussion.

Love watching the clouds drift from window to window.
