A day off work and nowt urgent on the domestic front so I thought I'd take mesen out for a big effort on the bike.

And then out in the evening for some theatre. 'Solaris' at The Lyceum. I was half-thinking a dose of cerebral sci-fi might make me just a little sleepy given the day's efforts but no, right awake I was. Plus, it was one of the best things I've seen at The Lyceum for a long while too.
