Sunflowers

A quite damp and overcast and autumnal day - but not cold. I managed the Parkrun today ( thankfully my dodgy achilles seems to have settled down ) & enjoyed my first vigorous exercise for a while.
The local children’s nursery has been growing some decent sunflowers - here’s an example. A welcome splash of colour in a grey day.
