Chedhams Yard Blipmeet

We met up with StevenG ,  HelenJG,  Fitzbilly and other non blipping halves at this amazing place that won £1 million from the BBC Restoration Village programme.   It used to be a working blacksmith and wheelwright run by generations of the Chedham family until Bill retired and donated it to the village of Wellesbourne.  

The historical significance of this time capsule was realised and funding was sought to preserve it.  It is not big but packed with interesting stuff and is regularly open to the public.   Well worth a visit.   If you are lucky,  the forge will be working as it was today.
