Life, not as we see it.

No question that the most popular meal in these parts is pizza.  Having consumed some 6 or 7 pizze each this week, last night we sought out a proper restaurant and had the most exquisite sea bream with roast tatties and green beans.  Considering the amount of produce on the markets, veg, other than aubergine and courgette, does not appear on many menus. Anyway, a super supper at "L'antica Locanda"

By contrast, today we did bugger all, languishing by the pool from post primo colazzione, until birra o'clock.  Saluti!

Tomorrow we move on south,  down the heel to Lecce, known as the Firenze of the south.  Perhaps not the best day of the week to be out on the road if last Sunday's experiences were typical, but deep breaths and off we'll go.

Extra = the doors, so far.
