The curse of the White Russian

I think I overdid it a wee bit with the celebrations last night.
The last thing I remember is submitting my dissertation, everything after that is a bit of a blur!

Can somebody please explain why anyone thought it would be a good idea to mix milk & alcohol?
I certainly don't Dr Feelgood.

So this is the most strenuous thing I'm planning to do today - chilling on the couch with @spalders excellent book.
The perfect hangover cure.
