Pier extension

For a while this evening the heavy rain and gusting wind briefly subsided. Dodging the puddles, I went to have a look at progress down at the pier. With the new, larger ferry arriving soon(ish) I guess there needs to be more space for queueing vehicles and parking. It's interesting to see how it's done.
