Parked, or Abandoned

Went to La Rochelle to watch the rugby today. We won 28-13 against Toulouse, the current champions. Great game. We are always keen to view the parking by the fans near the stadium. Here, this one almost made it to the central reservation. Double parking on the roundabout is normal. Police do nothing. But then again, we did beat the champions. Have I already mentioned that?
