Damsons

Our friends Tony and Heather invited us to go and pick some of their Lythe Valley damsons, as they have a bumper crop this year.
I came away with about 12 lbs which I think will be plenty! They are selling their surplus to the local Damson collective, to be turned into various products.
I shall make Damson cheese and chutney, and maybe some liqueur!
