My grandfather’s pancake griddle

When our children were growing up, I made pancakes nearly every Saturday for brekkie. Now that we are empty nesters I haven’t made them in a couple of years. But this morning was a good morning for them!

They always taste a little better when made on this griddle, which must be close to 100 years old.
