A morning of tidying up with Beth, and then straight after lunch I headed out in my bike. Got to the top of the hill at 12miles from home but could face riding straight into the wind any longer so turned round and headed back to balerno and up the beech avenue to the pentlands. So no idea how far or fast I went but it is good to get going again.
Tomorrow, laps of Arthur's Seat at lunchtime. Any takers?.
