serenity

I seem to have developed a fixation with the sky and seascapes at the moment. There were a line birds sat on the wave breakers. Curiously the sea was still today and all it could manage was a gentle lapping at the shore. A fog developed by lunch time but it didnt deter people from walking the beach or the promenade as it was still very mild.
Back to Yoga tomorrow after a little break, looking forward to a return to peace and clarity.
