a big pound cake

Today is a day to show the respect to the aged people. I went to my mother and planted a set of flowers for her. She was pleased to see it.

In the night, I baked a big pound cake for my female friend and my hudband. She studied English in my class but is absent because of her　surgery.

Tomorrow, I will send it to her with a letter, praying her soon recovery.
