Girls & boys come out to play.

Des arrived at the gym looking stressed out. His wife wasn't happy that he was coming this morning, as she wanted him to go down to the Mumbles for a walk. He did the twenty minute Sprint8, and then left. I think he is going to have some ear ache:-) No sun today, although it was better for the walk home. All the teams are back practicing in  Newbridge Fields  on Sunday mornings. It's great to see so many younsters  getting some exercise in the fresh air. J arrived home about an hour after me with lot's of stories from Llandow.  We are having steak, frites and mushrooms later, and dessert is cherry pie with Greek yogurt.
