Lammer Law

The weather forecast was for rain in the afternoon so we headed east early for a wee jaunt in the Lammermuirs. Sadly the weather was on its head and we had foreboding dark skies, blustery winds and spots of rain. It is now bright sunshine in the afternoon!

This was my first run since the marathon 7days ago. My calf muscles are not recovered yet so had to take it easy.

Later there was homemade carrot&beetroot soup for lunch, pulled straight from the soil and into the pan, after washing obvs.
