North Edinburgh and the Forth

A very sunny day

We came south to visit Kirkliston Parish Church, just outside Edinburgh, where our granddaughter has just started as Youth Worker. It was a lovely service and we were very warmly welcomed by people who were thrilled with ‘our lovely girl’. It was lovely to see her established in her new ministry.

After lunch at Church, we took a Tram Ride (my first) into the Centre of Edinburgh where we visited St. Andrews Square, where all the Oor Wullies were collected for their last weekend.

We then went for Coffee at John Lewis - the view from the Cafe is spectacular, as you can see from the photo.
