Farewell to a Summer of Cricket

Great day at the Oval today, watching England draw the Ashes series, but sadly no Urn as a draw is not enough.
However 7 hours on a hard plastic seat has taken its toll and unless I do a lot of stretching tonight I will be hopping out of bed at 2am and turning the air blue with an attack of cramp.
