Glencoyne Farm

Did the same bike ride as yesterday this morning.
The last person I wanted to bump into on the bike this morning was my good running mate Steve Bennett who as bad luck would have it had decided on the same bike route as me. He came past me as I pulled up to take this photo. He stopped and I had no other choice then to try and hang on for the next 30 miles!
He took 30 seconds out of me on the climb of Kirkstone and on every other small climb he pulled ahead too. By the time I got home I was absolutely ruined.

Also out on and about was Haz who went by in his car and a few miles later had pulled up to take a sneaky blip[ of me.
