I'm Back!

Day 2 of my escape.

Today I put my trust in Georgian Airways to get me from Berlin to Tbilisi. They did, and they did it well.

I saw quite a bit of Tbilisi when I was here in May, but nothing of the rest of the country. This visit is to correct the omission.

With a 10.30 am check in for the 12.20 flight, and arriving in the centre of Tbilisi close to 7pm (losing 2 hours along the way) Blipping has been a challenge. Hotel, airport, plane, airport… not much inspiration.  

The end result is a shot of Tavisuplevis Moedani/Freedom Square, and the Monument to Freedom and Victory. 

Tomorrow will be a relaxing day. No travel.
